Nevada’s “Education Savings Accounts” are considered the country’s most sweeping school choice initiative. But now concerns over public dollars going to religious schools have led a judge to issue an injunction, until a higher court can weigh in on the program’s constitutionality. Thousands of families across the state have already applied to the program. Now they are anxiously waiting for the courts to decide, terrified their kids might have to leave their preferred clasrooms.
